Product Description
The story behind the watch
The inspiration comes from classic pilot watches, timepieces originally made as pure tools for precision and legibility.
We also looked to the watches our grandfather wore; models that hold up to daily use and have a visual expression that stands the test of time. The goal is a watch that feels relevant today, but could just as easily have been worn fifty years ago.
A size that suits most wrists
We settled on 41 mm, two sizes up from our other models (39 mm). It is a balanced size that:
- Works on both smaller and larger wrists
- Gives the chronograph presence without being too dominant
- Feels right both for everyday wear and for more formal occasions
With a well-considered lug-to-lug, sapphire crystal and classic proportions, the watch sits securely and comfortably on the wrist.
Why Seiko VK64?
We chose a Seiko VK64 meca-quartz movement. This means:
- Quartz for precision, stability and low maintenance
- A mechanical module for the chronograph, with a crisp start and a clear stop
This gives you the best of both worlds:
- The accuracy of quartz
- The feel and experience of a mechanical chronograph
A fully mechanical chronograph movement is fantastic, but also expensive. Our goal has been to make a genuine, well-executed chronograph that is accessible to as many people as possible, without compromising on the experience.
Note: The strap width is 21 mm, compared with 20 mm on our other models, so the straps we sell separately will not fit the Flyver.

Orders are shipped no later than the next business day with Posten (package in mailbox) for NOK 49. Delivery time is 1-3 days depending on where in the country you live. You have a 30-day open purchase (buyer pays return shipping) and a 2-year warranty.
We ship internationally
We ship to most countries with DHL Express for NOK 200. Within Norway we ship with Posten/Bring for NOK 49.

How long will it be until I receive the watch?
We expect delivery at the end of February 2026. Delivery may be postponed until the end of March 2026 if necessary for testing and quality assurance.
Can I buy other straps for Flyver?
Yes, but none of our existing straps fit, as they are 20 mm wide. The strap width on the Flyver is 21 mm. We will be developing more straps for the Flyver throughout 2026 – in the meantime, you can purchase straps from other suppliers.
Can you send directly to a gift recipient?
Yes, simply enter the address of the person you are giving the watch to as a gift at checkout, and we will send the gift directly. Please also provide your own email address so that the order confirmation goes to you. No receipt is included in the package, so the gift recipient will not see the price.
Do you ship outside of Norway?
Yes, we ship to most countries with DHL Express. Shipping outside Norway costs NOK 200. Within Norway we ship with Posten/Bring for NOK 49.
Is the watch well-protected during shipping?
Yes, we pack in envelopes with protective bubble wrap, and the watch is shipped in the accompanying travel case.
Can I return the watch if I change my mind about the purchase?
Yes, you get a 30-day open purchase from the day you receive the watch. You also always have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The open purchase applies as long as the watch is unused. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email to far@farfarklokker.no with your name, address, phone number, and order number.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with Vipps, Klarna, and bank card.
Where are the watches produced?
After great success and increased demand for our watches, we have chosen to collaborate with experienced watch factories in Shenzhen, China, just outside Hong Kong. Shenzhen is a global hub for watch production, where many of the world's largest brands also have their watches produced.
Previously, our watches were assembled in Norway, but to meet demand without compromising quality, the watches are now produced in collaboration with skilled specialists in watchmaking.

Godt fornøyd, måtte bytte rem med en gang, fiklete å få av plastikklåsen på krona.
Vakker klokke og kjekt med kronograffunksjonen. Simpel og grei kasse med blank finish. Det eneste jeg har å utsette er den sorte viseren på den lille 24 timers "klokka", er meget vanskelig å se til tider selv om det er lyst. Kan hende det gjelder kun klokka med blå dial. Eller så er jeg meget fornøyd.

Fin klokke
Knallfint ur, robust med et lekkert utseende, ikke minst skiller det seg litt ut i mengden. Jeg har jukset litt og "modifisert" en 20mm rem med 21mm låsepinner og montert den på uret, jeg synes den grønne Canvas remmen går svært godt i mot den blå urskiven.

Nettopp mottatt Mor-Far-klokka. Denne gang ikke til meg selv, men tenkt som gave til barnebarn. (Han har ikke fått den ennå, så ikke si det til noen.) Så kan det nok tenkes at det blir en til meg også etter hvert. Klokka ser kjempefin ut, og ut fra hvor fornøyd jeg var med det forrige kjøpet, blir nok dette også en suksess.
Veldig elegant og clean klokke
Meget fornøyd med klokken, men ikke like fornøyd med klokkereimen, På bilde er den mye mørkere enn den jeg fikk. Reimen på klokken er meget lys, og matcher ikke helt stilmessig med klokken.
Er veldig fornøyd med klokke og servicen😊. Kjekt med håndskrevne hilsener i boksen! Liker at kronograffunksjonen er mekanisk. Hadde en TAG Carrera og opplever at kronograffunksjonen er mykere og mer behagelig på Flyver. Til prisen er det en virkelig flott klokke😁. Mvh Tron Grendahl
Veldig fin klokke, til en veldig fin pris
Fin klokke, men noen ting trekker ned: usynlig viser for 24 timer ( regner med at det er et bevisst valg) minuttregisteret på kronografen er vanskelig å lese v presist. For kort viser? Kassen er flott og blank, men hadde vært bedre børstet for å unngå riper ved bruk. Det hadde også passet et tool watch bedre. Men kos med Mor Far da for en morfar😄

Som alltid en fantastisk unboxing opplevelse med personlig hilsen. Dette er klokke nr. 3 fra FarFar og en klokke som garantert vil bli værende i samlingen. Finish og kvalitet på klokken er på linje med langt dyrere klokker. Urverket er kjent Seiko kvalitet og jeg er sikker på at dette er en klokke som holder lenge. Absolutt klokke å anbefale!
